Amity Law School Noida Stands First in Moot Based on Crisis in Japan

Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida has won the best moot team award and stood first at the first national moot court competition organized by Amity University Rajasthan held from 4th to 5th April 2011. 


The team comprised of Ms. Maitrayee Bordolai, Ms.Ritwik Sneha and Ms. Apoorva Garg( all 6th Sem. Students). The theme was on nuclear melt down, catastrophe, damages and liabilities there on based on questionable nuclear civil liability bill and jurisprudence thereon.


The event saw participation from 22 teams from all over the country which included teams from National Law Schools in India and other premier law schools.
