We Priyan Garg (Author) and Vasudevan Rohan (co -author) of 4th semester BBA LLB had presented a paper on the topic Geological Carbon Sequestration: Are the existing legal and regulatory framework adequate? at the UPES, Dehradun for the national law fest “Jus Carnivalli” which was held from 30th March, 2012 to 1st April, 2012. The team stood first among the other participating colleges from HNLU, RMNLU, Nirma University, NLUD, NLSIU, Amity IP, etc.
