Amity Lucknow National Client Counseling Competition (SAMADHAN: Let’s Talk & Resolve)

Amity National Client Counseling Competition (SAMADHAN: Let’s Talk & Resolve) shall take place on 17^th & 18^th February, 2011 in Amity Lucknow Campus. The selection trials for the same shall be held on 7^th Feb 2011.Students are required to participate individually for the trials. Kindly register with the moot court society at mcs.alsnoida@gmail.com latest by 5^th Feb 2011.

Rules:

The criteria of evaluation would include the following particulars

• Counselling Ability,
• Communication skills,
•  Manner,
• Poise,
• Knowledge of law, and
• Application of law.

The problem(s) shall be based on the following law(s)

• Constitutional Law
• IPC
• Family Law
• Contract Law
• Consumer Protection Act
• Law of Torts
