Two Days "National Seminar on Electoral Reforms", scheduled to be organized by MATS Law School, MATS University, Raipur, C.G. on June 9th -10th, 2012. Your Abstract of the paper will be published in the Souvenir and the full paper will be published in the 3rd Volume of MATS University Journal. 

Academicians, learned judges, lawyers, researchers, students, and others interested in the subject are invited to present papers on the themes mentioned in the breakup of the seminar. An abstract not exceeding 150 words shall be submitted for consideration. The abstract shall preferably contain the synopsis of the paper with a brief reference to the conclusion. The abstract accompanied by a covering letter with the name, designation, postal
