Job Pointers are mentioned below:
Ø Handling IT/ITES contracts for IT outsourcing deals, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Global Alliances etc.
Ø Conducting negotiations with largely overseas clientele (in Person / telephonic). will include traveling to client locations on a need basis;
Ø Identifying contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures in the contracts;
Ø Providing inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures;
Ø Working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.;
Ø Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities.
Ø Working in close co-ordination with external legal counsel.
Ø Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels and advisors during the entire contracting process.
