2. Kachwaha & Partners is pleased to announce an all India article writing competition on the subject of arbitrations ("arb excel"). The competition aims at stimulating interest in the subject leading to its growth and development.Theme:
A unique feature of this competition is that there is no prescribed topic or indeed even a theme. You are absolutely free to choose a subject of your choice (within the realm of arbitration).

3. Multiple Action Research Group (MARG) in association with the Anand Prakash Charitable Trust is pleased to announce the 2nd MARG – AP Trust Labour Law Essay Competition. The broad theme for the competition is: "Groups on the Margins of Labour Law". The last date for the submission of the essays is 30th April, 2012.Against the background of entrenched inequality, poverty and precarious nature of the reach of labour laws in the lives of the working population in India, the entries could be focused on any of the following issues. 

The entries could also be focused on a narrow, specific issue within any of the topics given below.

a.                     Bringing domestic workers within the ambit of labour law2.                     Disability & Employment: Combating discrimination at workplace3.                     Ensuring legal protections for migrant workers-
Prizes:
1st prize: Rs. 50002nd prize: Rs. 30003rd prize: Rs. 2000 
Eligibility: The participants could be students of law, social work or the social sciences. The participant should attach a copy of the identity card issued by the educational institution while submitting their entries.
Submission Guidelines:
i.                     The essays should be typewritten and of maximum 3000 words, including footnotes, references etc.
ii.                     The essays may be sent by post or by e-mail on the postal/ e-mail address of MARG given below. In case of e-mail, the Subject should be marked as'MARG – AP Trust Labour Law Essay Competition'.

iii.                     Please email the entries to margngo@eth.netmarg@ngo-marg.org. The postal address is 205-206, IInd floor, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi – 1100494.                     The last date for the submission of the essays is 30th April, 2012. The results would be announced on the MARG website (www.ngo-marg.org) by the end of June 2012.
