To emerge successfully at the
top in legal profession, the academic efforts would alone not suffice.
Excellence in legal career, more particularly in law practice requires a great
deal of efforts in legal communication, court craft, advocacy skills,
punctuality & time management, study of human nature etc. These
aspects are not part of any subject prescribed for LL.B degree.
Dr. Arun Mohan, Sr. Advocate
and an eminent author has very kindly agreed to instruct our students on above
and related topics. His individual success at the Bar, long experience
and a capacity to impart knowledge makes him immensely suitable for the task.
A series of four lectures are
planned in this regard. These would take place on 1st, 6th
and 7th August, 2012 from 3 to 4.30 PM. The date of the fourth
lecture would be intimated later. All those interested to attend the
lectures may register their names in the office of the Director, Amity Law
School, Noida by Monday, 30th July, 2012.
