Thomson Reuters - Legal Advancement Program Details

Thomson Reuters is the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals.

We combine industry expertise with innovative technology to deliver critical information to leading decision makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, healthcare and science markets, powered by the world's most trusted news organization.

Designed specifically for the Indian market, our Legal Advancement Program helps you add the practical skills that employers demand to the qualifications that you have earned.

Delivered entirely online, the Program's scenario-based learning uses actual case examples to develop student’s legal practice skills. Instead of long lectures and volumes of material to read, we present real challenges that lawyers face on a daily basis. The Program provides the student with the tools to address these legal matters, helping become job-ready. This is supported by periodic virtual live sessions, offering students an opportunity to interact with leading legal professionals and other students from across India.
The Legal Advancement Program is a flexible online program created in consultation with both global and Indian experts.  The program is focused on following core practice skills: contract drafting, legal writing, legal research, civil procedure and trial advocacy. The real life scenarios and expert-let live sessions make the student think critically and apply their existing legal knowledge to complex situations.

The Program duration is four months, taking up to 80 hours to complete, including the live sessions.
